Exciting Help Desk Position Available

This is an excellent opportunity to work as a Help Desk Technician/Engineer.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with previous help desk experience to support our team in the following areas:

  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for software and IT systems.
  • Manage and maintain various systems including Windows Server and Linux Operating System.
  • Evaluate and resolve tickets efficiently, documenting key details such as problem, solution, user impact, and satisfaction.
  • Maintain system integrity and process adherence within IT.
  • Support the overall help desk function of the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal, communication skills, and phone etiquette, along with enthusiasm for helping others and strong English speaking skills. Relevant certifications and experience in Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, Linux OS, Remote Support, SQL, and Networks (DHCP, DNS, etc) are desirable but not necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • System Administration: Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux Operating System.
  • Documenting Tickets: Document key details for each ticket, including problem, solution, user impact, and satisfaction.
  • Process Adherence: Maintain system integrity and adhere to IT processes.
