
Technical Support Lead

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer support and technical troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and training materials
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with support ticketing systems like Jira Service Desk
- Reporting and project configuration experience
- Intermediate understanding of technical systems and APIs
