
Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced technical professional to join our global team as a Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and troubleshoot award-winning Data Security Platform in enterprise environments.
- Provide top-notch support to customers via support tickets.
- Collaborate with Team Leads to meet SLA and customer requirements.
- Create technical documents and articles for team and customer use.
- Deliver technical demonstrations to clients worldwide.
- Evaluate customer expectations within committed timeframes.
- Minimum B.Tech or MCA in relevant field.
- 2-4 years software customer service and support experience required.
- 2+ years performing administrative tasks in Windows-based infrastructures, including Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, SQL Server, Office 365, and Cloud platforms.
- Microsoft Certification is a plus.
- PowerShell scripting knowledge preferred.
- Excellent communication, verbal English skills, written, and presentation skills required.
- Experience working with ticketing tools like Salesforce or ServiceNow.
- Experience delivering product presentations to clients in pre-sale contexts.
- High-risk/secure environment experience preferable.
- Directly work with end-user clients having over 500 employees.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
