We are looking for a talented IT professional to join our team as a technical support specialist.

Job Summary

This role involves providing expert technical assistance and support to employees and infrastructure in Nashik. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering timely and effective IT support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, in-person, and remote access, addressing hardware, software, network, and application issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and common business applications.
  • Assist with basic network troubleshooting, including LAN/WAN connectivity, Wi-Fi issues, and VPN access.
  • Perform system administration tasks such as user account management, password resets, and software installations.
  • Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of IT infrastructure components, including servers, network devices, and backup systems.
  • Implement and maintain security protocols, including antivirus software, firewalls, and access controls.
Requirements
  • 0-2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering timely and effective IT support.
