Job Description

You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by resolving complex technical issues and providing timely support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide remote technical assistance related to Alvaria products, resolving problems and escalating when necessary.
  • Document and verify reported problems, utilizing available tools and resources to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, peers, and other teams to provide timely issue resolution and documentation.
Requirements:
  • Mandatory experience in networking, CentOs Linux, and Windows OS.
  • Mandatory experience in at least two of the following: Contact Center Technologies, Application Support, Telephony experience/SIP, XML scripting, Object Oriented Programming.
  • Nice-to-have skills include VXML, CCML, RDBMS, Microsoft LUIS/CLU, APIs, SMS, logical reasoning, analytical skills, strong customer service, problem-solving, documentation, and teamwork skills.
