Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and system maintenance.

This role involves:

  • Troubleshooting incidents and resolving service requests related to the ServiceNow platform.
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks and system upgrades to ensure the platform remains stable and operational.
  • Providing support to end-users, addressing their questions and concerns regarding the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Ensuring all support activities comply with IT security policies and federal regulations.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Information Technology operations.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, help desk processes, applications, networking, Office 365, and Azure.
  • Familiarity with IT security policies.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is preferred. Strong problem-solving and customer service skills are essential.
