Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Support Executive with strong communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional support to our clients. The role requires handling technical queries, resolving customer issues, and assisting in closing deals over calls when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to WhatsApp API, SMS, RCS, and platform usage.
  • Guide customers in setup, onboarding, and usage of Aiwati's communication tools.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to close leads during support calls if needed.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring timely resolution of queries.
  • Document issues, solutions, and customer interactions for future reference.
  • Provide feedback to the product team for improvements based on client experiences.

Requirements

  • 1 – 2 years of experience in technical/customer support or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple language.
  • Familiarity with SaaS products, CRM tools, or communication platforms (preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Customer-first attitude with patience and professionalism.
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
