Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Technical Support Engineer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in solar rooftop systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing remote and on-site technical support for rooftop solar PV systems

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers, installers, and internal teams related to solar rooftop systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues with inverters, solar panels, monitoring systems, and other components.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of technical experience in rooftop solar PV systems.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, inverters, and solar panel technologies.
  • Experience using solar monitoring tools/software
  • Ability to travel to customer sites when required.
  • Must have knowledge of Marathi Language & Two Wheeler
