About the Role:

We are looking for a Support Engineer who is passionate about technology, eager to learn, and ready to take on both technical and on-field responsibilities. The ideal candidate should come from a technical background, possess good communication skills, and be proactive in assisting our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients via calls, emails, and remote sessions.
  • Offer on-field assistance for installation, configuration, and troubleshooting whenever required.
  • Work closely with the development and operations teams to resolve technical queries.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of issues and their resolutions.
  • Learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and processes as required.
  • Ensure timely communication and customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Educational Background: Diploma / BE / B.Tech / BCA / MCA (or equivalent in Computer / IT / Electronics).
  • Strong technical understanding and willingness to work on software and hardware integration.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be eager to learn, adaptable, and open to travel for on-site support.
  • Immediate joiner preferred.
