Commercial Integrity Manager

The Commercial Validation Manager is a key role in ensuring the financial and commercial integrity of our contracts and purchase orders. This position focuses on optimizing costs, ensuring compliance, and streamlining tax obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Validate the financial, commercial, and contractual aspects of agreements across procurement, logistics, and production to guarantee seamless operations.
2. Review and validate vendor settlements and claims to ensure accurate compensation.
3. Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory norms, including those applicable to government tenders and contracts.
4. Support audits with comprehensive contract documentation and compliance to maintain transparency.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive contract optimization, risk mitigation, and governance initiatives.
Ideal Candidate:
- Possesses a CA/CMA/MBA degree with 10+ years of experience in commercial validation, contract management, and handling government/large-scale tender contracts, preferably in energy, infrastructure, or manufacturing sectors.
