Regional Head - Equity Sales

Location:
Mumbai

Job Summary:
We're seeking a seasoned Regional Head for Equity Sales to lead our sales team in Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Profit & Loss statement, driving business growth, and expanding our market presence.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Growth Strategies:
    Drive equity sales growth, increase market share, and enhance client relationships through strategic planning and execution.
  • Team Leadership and Guidance:
    Lead and mentor a team of experienced equity sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and team targets are met.
  • P&L Management:
    Oversee and manage the P&L for the region, ensuring profitability and sustainability.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Buid strong relationships with key clients, institutional investors, and other stakeholders.
  • Market Analysis:
    Stay up-to-date with market trends, analyzing market data to identify opportunities and challenges.

Requirements:
  • Experience:
    7+ years of experience in equity sales, with a proven track record of leadership and business growth.
  • Qualifications:
    Graduation or MBA/CFA or relevant professional qualifications.
  • Skills:
    Strong leadership, sales, and analytical skills.
