We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team at VHonk Digital.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a results-driven professional to play a crucial role in driving business growth, expanding market presence, and increasing revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
    • Analyze competitor activities and industry trends to pinpoint potential areas for growth.
  • Lead Generation:
    • Develop and implement strategic lead generation plans to attract potential clients.
    • Leverage various channels (e.g., networking events, social media, referrals) to connect with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Client Acquisition and Management:
    • Identify and approach potential clients to introduce VHonk Digital's products or services.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Proposal Development:
    • Prepare and present compelling business proposals and presentations to potential clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure business deals.
  • Strategic Partnerships:
    • Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances that align with VHonk Digital's goals.
    • Manage partnerships to ensure mutual benefits and successful collaborations.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth:
    • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
    • Monitor and report on sales performance and progress towards goals.
  • Client Retention and Satisfaction:
    • Prioritize client satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
    • Address client concerns and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Internal Collaboration:
    • Foster close relationships with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align business strategies.
    • Share market insights and feedback with internal teams to enhance products and services.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of business development activities, client interactions, and sales performance.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations for management.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.
    • Continuously seek opportunities to improve business development processes and strategies.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Experience in managing client relationships and securing new business opportunities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptable and open to learning new strategies and technologies.
Salary Range

$80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
