ADCI HYD 13 SEZ is seeking a skilled International Business Growth Strategist to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international business and e-commerce, with excellent communication skills in English and Italian.

About the Role

This role will be responsible for building strategies to drive growth for consumer brands in the EU market. The successful candidate will work closely with EU Sales and business leaders to identify opportunities for expansion and develop plans to achieve these goals.

The role will also involve working with product teams to drive product development that matters to our Sellers. This includes identifying key levers to drive business growth and operationalizing those levers across the team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for people leadership and be at their best when building, developing, and managing high-performing teams. They will thrive in an ambiguous environment, think big to build/contribute to multi-year business strategies, and influence and work with multiple internal teams.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around ₹8-12 lakhs per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Recruiting Sellers and managing Seller relationships by championing their needs at Amazon
  2. Managing and driving the growth of the Sellers' business by adding selection and delivering on key business opportunities for Sellers
  3. Managing key improvement initiatives and projects: Drive new product launches and relationship extensions by partnering with the business development and on-boarding teams
  4. Working with Sellers to improve operational aspects of their business in providing a great consumer experience
  5. Identifying specific prospects/partners to approach, communicating the specific value proposition for their business, and establishing long-term, successful partnerships
  6. Tracking and reporting performance using appropriate metrics. Achieve productivity and seller satisfaction targets
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business
  • 0-3 years of relevant working experience
  • Excellent communication skills in written and oral Italian and English
  • Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel) applications
  • Interest in e-commerce/online business
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and passion for delivering great customer experience
  • Attention to detail and high capability to work on different projects in parallel
  • Creative and analytical problem solver with a passion for operational excellence
