We are a dynamic organization seeking an exceptional leader to drive our growth initiatives forward. This pivotal role will be responsible for identifying, developing, and executing new business opportunities that align with our strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning:

  • Create and implement innovative strategies to expand our market footprint and revenue streams.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities.
  • Evaluate potential partnerships and collaborations to enhance our capabilities and reach.
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline for new business opportunities, ensuring consistent growth in revenue and profitability.

2. Business Development:

  • Lead the identification and development of new business opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions, and other channels.
  • Negotiate large-scale deals and partnerships, leveraging your exceptional negotiation skills.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients to drive new business opportunities.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to define and prioritize business development goals and strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment in business development efforts and maximize growth opportunities.
  • Resource management: Lead the allocation of resources and budgets for business development initiatives, ensuring effective execution.

4. Reporting and Metrics:

  • Track and report performance on key outcomes and growth metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
  • Analyze ROI for all new business efforts, adjusting strategies accordingly to maximize returns.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, strategic planning, or a similar role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven understanding of market dynamics, competition, and customer needs.
  • Strong leadership and management abilities, with experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Data-driven decision-making and ability to craft long-term strategies for growth.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively to senior management, clients, and stakeholders.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is ₹80,00,000 - ₹1,20,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
