The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the regional business development team, overseeing daily operations and recruitment processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Strategically develop and implement business growth plans
- Manage a team of professionals to achieve regional targets
- Maintain operational efficiency and compliance with industry regulations
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior sales or business development role
- Elevator industry experience is mandatory with a strong understanding of technical drawings
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex information into actionable insights
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering is preferred.
