Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Regional Development Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies to drive revenue growth through permanent staffing, recruitment, and leadership hiring services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Build strong relationships with clients across various industries to identify their talent acquisition needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • The role reports to the Director/MD.
  • This role is based at Delhi/Bangalore.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • 10+ years of experience in Executive search/permanent staffing industry with expertise in Business Development & leadership recruitment.
  • Proven track record of achieving target achievements in CXO hiring, permanent staffing, profit center management, revenue generation.
  • Strong connections with HR Heads, TA Heads, Functional Heads, and C-Suite.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in BD/Leadership Hiring, MBA degree or Equivalent.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
