Job Description

We are seeking an expert to lead our Learning and Development initiatives, driving organizational performance through people.

  • Conduct thorough job analysis and career path assessments to identify training needs.
  • Develop and execute training programs that address future and current skill gaps.
  • Create customized training plans that cater to individual needs and expectations.
  • Design engaging Training Modules and conduct regular evaluations to measure skill improvement.
  • Deliver effective induction and orientation sessions to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs, reporting on success and ROI.
  • Manage the training calendar and budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Learning and Development
  • Drive and coordinate all Development activities in accordance with HR guidelines.
  • Identify and implement Talent Development processes, including HiPo identification and development.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and external agencies to design leadership development programs that build talent.
  • Develop and maintain Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for HiPo Managers, ensuring compliance.
  • Coordinate L&D activities with Location and Corporate HR teams.
  • Ensure timely operationalization of IDPs.
  • Drive Mentoring and Coaching Programs to enhance employee growth.
  • Conceptualize e-learning solutions and Learning Management Systems (LMS/LXP).
  • Establish and execute L&D frameworks, including Academy setup and Learning Calendars.
  • Cultivate Capability Building and develop a comprehensive Talent Development Strategy.
  • Implement an integrated succession management approach, assessing potential turnover.
  • Develop written succession plans and policies for knowledge transfer.
  • Support key programs focusing on engagement, career development, Inclusion and Diversity, and Well-being.
  • Stay updated on talent management best practices, recommending adoption where beneficial.
  • Assist in talent review and succession planning, preparing talent for future deliverables.
Enable Organizational Performance
  • Drive performance through people by supporting Quality Circle, 6 Sigma, Kaizen initiatives.
  • Participate in People Surveys, designing and implementing score improvement interventions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, training design, and evaluation, Leadership development, and Performance Management.
