Facility Operations Coordinator Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Facility Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operation and monitoring of critical systems, including boilers, water treatment plants, and heaters. You will also be involved in maintenance management, troubleshooting, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Operation: Ensure the efficient and uninterrupted performance of boilers, water treatment plants, and heaters.
  • Maintenance Management: Coordinate and participate in preventive and corrective maintenance activities, adhering to guidelines and safety standards.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve potential issues, equipment malfunctions, and other technical problems in a timely manner.
  • Safety Compliances: Implement and enforce all safety protocols and regulations, conducting regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and operational data.
  • Spare part Inventory: Monitor and manage spares and consumables for boilers and water treatment plants.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with technicians to ensure seamless coordination of activities.
  • Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training to technicians.
  • Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond promptly to emergencies related to boilers, water treatment plants, and heaters.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of equipment operation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.
