Trainee (QA/QC/Production/R&D/Purchase)

Role & responsibilities
1. Quality Assurance (QA):
- Assist in reviewing SOPs, BMRs, and BPRs.
- Support documentation for regulatory compliance (GMP, WHO, USFDA, etc.)
- Help with internal audits and CAPA implementation.
- Monitor and maintain quality management systems (QMS).
2. Quality Control (QC):
- Perform basic sampling, testing, and analysis under supervision.
- Operate analytical instruments like HPLC, UV, Dissolution Tester, etc. (training provided).
- Assist in preparation of reagents, volumetric solutions, and reports.
- Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and ensure compliance.
3. Production:
- Understand the manufacturing process of tablets, capsules, ointments, etc.
- Learn operations of granulation, compression, coating, and packing machines.
- Follow safety and GMP norms on the shop floor.
- Support documentation such as BMRs and logbooks.
4. Research & Development (R&D):
- Assist in formulation development and pilot batch trials.
- Conduct lab experiments under supervision.
- Maintain experimental records and data sheets.
Preferred candidate profile
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- Basic understanding of pharma manufacturing / QA / QC / R&D / Production.
- Willingness to work in shifts (if required).
- Good communication skills and a keen interest in learning.
