**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct quality assurance and quality control tests for raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods.
- Ensure that products meet the company's quality specifications and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, including test reports, compliance reports, and audit records.
- Monitor and improve quality control processes to enhance product reliability and consistency.
- Assist in troubleshooting production quality issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Coordinate with production and R&D teams to maintain consistent quality standards.
- Perform stability testing, sampling, and product analysis as required.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure calibration and validation as per standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental guidelines during laboratory operations.
- Support internal and external audits and prepare necessary documentation.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry.
- **Experience**: Minimum **1 year of hands-on experience** in a **QA/QC role** within the **agriculture or agrochemical industry** (preferred).
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, laboratory practices, and industry standards.
- Knowledge of agrochemical product testing and analysis is highly desirable.
- Good documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Good communication skills for cross-departmental coordination.
