1.Key Responsibilities

:2.Conduct quality assurance and quality control tests for raw materials, in-process materials,and finished goods.

3.Ensure that products meet the company's quality specifications and regulatory standards.

4.Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, including test reports, compliance reports,and audit records.

5.Monitor and improve quality control processes to enhance product reliability andconsistency.

6.Assist in troubleshooting production quality issues and implementing corrective actions

.7.Coordinate with production and R&D teams to maintain consistent quality standards.

8.Perform stability testing, sampling, and product analysis as required.

9.Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure calibration and validation as per standards.

10.Ensure compliance with safety and environmental guidelines during laboratory operations.

11.Support internal and external audits and prepare necessary documentation.

1.Qualifications & Skills:
2.Education: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry.

3.Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a QA/QC role within the agricultureor agrochemical industry (preferred).

4.Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, laboratory practices, and industrystandards.

5.Knowledge of agrochemical product testing and analysis is highly desirable.6.Good documentation skills and attention to detail.

7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a teamenvironment.8.Good communication skills for cross-departmental coordination.
