Job Title QA QC - Quality Checker Quality Associate Location Dahej Gujarat About Company Established in 1995 we are a research-driven specialty chemicals manufacturing company with a strong commitment to quality and innovation Located 40 km from Vadodara our facility is ISO 22000 2005 and HACCP certified producing high-grade antioxidants like Tert Butyl Hydroquinone TBHQ and Butylated Hydroxy Anisole BHA along with their derivatives Our products are trusted across industries including Edible oils health foods Packaged foods bakery items Inks resins bio-diesel Perfumeries confectionery We believe in the power of collective wisdom and the pursuit of excellence as echoed in our guiding philosophy Our knowledge is amassed through the thought and experience of innumerable minds - Emerson Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Checker Quality Associate to join our QA QC team The ideal candidate will ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality safety and compliance Qualifications Experience Education B Sc in Chemistry Experience Minimum 5 years in QA QC within chemical or related manufacturing industries Certifications Familiarity with ISO and HACCP standards preferred Key Responsibilities Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials in-process samples and finished products Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment Prepare and maintain QA QC documentation and reports Ensure compliance with ISO 22000 2005 and HACCP protocols Collaborate with production and R D teams to resolve quality issues Participate in internal audits and support external certification processes Continuously improve quality control procedures and standards Desired Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in chemical testing methods and lab practices Attention to detail and commitment to precision Effective communication and teamwork skills Familiarity with regulatory and safety standards Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
