Role Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our Construction Chemicals division at Navsari Plant as an Executive - QA NQC The role involves supporting quality assurance and quality control activities ensuring compliance with internal standards customer requirements and R D guidelines The candidate should have exposure to testing methodologies for construction chemical products and will work closely with the QA and R D teams to maintain consistency performance and reliability Key Responsibilities Conduct routine quality checks of raw materials in-process batches and finished products Assist in developing and implementing QA QC protocols for construction chemical products tile adhesives grouts waterproofing admixtures etc Support R D team in product trials sample testing and data analysis Document and maintain test records inspection reports and calibration logs Coordinate with production team to ensure adherence to quality standards and resolve deviations Report non-conformities assist in root cause analysis and support corrective preventive actions Maintain compliance with ISO BIS and other regulatory requirements Desired Qualification M Sc Chemistry - specialization in construction chemicals material science preferred Experience Industry Background 0-1 year of experience in QA QC or R D preferably in construction chemicals Freshers with internship or dissertation work in related fields may also be considered Skills Competencies Knowledge of chemical testing methods and lab instruments Strong documentation and reporting skills Good coordination with cross-functional teams Production R D Safety and compliance-oriented mindset MS Office proficiency basic ERP knowledge preferred Why Join Us Be a part of an innovative QA QC team working at the forefront of construction chemical technology This role offers exposure to advanced testing methods R D collaboration and opportunities for career development in the growing construction chemical sector Application Process Interested candidates can email their resume with the subject line Application - Executive QA NQC Construction Chemicals Navsari Plant Email pratiksha bhatia magicrete in Contact 8130895140 Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further evaluation Job Type Full-time
