
Sales Account Manager Position

The primary objective of this role is to drive sales growth by fostering strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
About the Job:This position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed quarterly targets. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a portfolio of high-value clients, negotiating deals, and ensuring timely payment from clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to design and implement sales plans that align with business objectives.
- Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, identify new sales prospects, and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
- Proposal Preparation: Create compelling proposals that showcase our products/services and meet client requirements.
- Data Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance data to inform strategic decisions.
- Degree: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing).
- Experience: 2-6 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG or consumer durables industry.
- Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to work under pressure, and sound knowledge of the local market and language.
