Regional Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing, evaluating, implementing and continuously improving all aspects of sales functions and processes.
  • Achieving ambitious sales targets and managing sales in a result-driven environment.
  • Delivering effective sales presentations and closing deals.
  • Resolving team and member/customer conflicts.
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and high levels of customer service.
  • Identifying potential customers and new business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with other departments for smooth functioning.
  • Staying up-to-date on products to sell effectively.
  • Training, motivating and coaching small teams of Relationship Managers.
