This is a unique opportunity to join our organization as a Territory Development Manager, where you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales development and channel expansion.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage sales distribution channels across assigned territories, identifying suitable channels for distribution.
- BUILD and maintain strong relationships with current and potential merchants to foster sales growth.
- Maintain a team focus on driving acceptance at offline merchants across urban and rural areas of the zone.
- Onboard new merchants and expand the brand presence by attracting and retaining the right kind of merchants.
- Accelerate presence in the offline space by driving merchant acquisition and servicing within an assigned geographical area through a dedicated team.
- Experience in sales development and channel management.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
