Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Sales and Business Development Specialist to drive sales growth and expansion in various sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers to ensure successful product implementation and optimal performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive sales growth and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with business objectives and optimize resources.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in industrial sales and business development, preferably in the Iron & Steel, Aluminum, power, and cement sectors.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of industrial products and processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on results-driven sales growth.
