Drive key clients forward as a dynamic Strategic Account Manager in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Manage 5-10 client accounts, developing executive relationships with country-level leadership and staying on top of their needs and vision.
  • Communicate effectively between clients and internal stakeholders, accelerating partnership, revenue growth, and capturing new opportunities.
  • Pitch relevant services to clients, identifying and capitalizing on new markets through go-to-market strategies.
  • Track delivery timelines and quality, ensuring the highest quality deliverables are being delivered on time.
  • Present reports to senior management on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in accounts management or customer success roles for a software company.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Understanding of the sales funnel and different stages.
  • Strong negotiation skills, ability to follow through on client contracts, preferably in a high-growth startup.
  • Ability to analyze data and sales statistics, translating them into a strategy.
  • Goal-oriented attitude, pro-active working style, self-motivation, and sales-oriented mindset.

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of software sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to drive business growth.
