Job Description:

Business growth professionals are responsible for driving revenue expansion and market penetration through the development of strategic business plans, sales strategies, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales plans.

3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and colleagues.

4. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform business growth initiatives.

5. Conduct market research and gather data to support business growth decisions.

6. Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue potential.

Requirements:

7. 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

8. Proven track record of success in driving business growth and expanding revenue.

9. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

10. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

11. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.

12. Experience working with international teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
