We are seeking a skilled professional to drive our growth initiatives as an Associate Program Manager - Partnerships & Growth. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end program management, ensuring seamless execution from ideation to delivery.

As a key member of our team, you will work cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and operations teams to enable alignment and outcomes. You will identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations, and support their execution and integration into ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Drive end-to-end program management for strategic initiatives, ensuring seamless execution from ideation to delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and operations teams to enable alignment and outcomes.
  • Partnership Development: Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations, and support their execution and integration into ongoing projects.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research, analyze data, and generate insights to support leadership in strategic decision-making.
  • Growth Initiatives: Develop creative growth initiatives (scholarships, hackathons, referral alliances, joint programs).

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in consulting, program management, strategy, or a high-growth startup environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure problems and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, with a bias towards action and learning by doing.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and drive outcomes under tight timelines.
