Growth Manager Role

We are seeking a talented GrowthExpert to play a key role in scaling our business and driving growth.

Job Description:
  • Develop and execute business strategies to align with product and marketing teams, driving revenue growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and revenue operations leaders to drive business outcomes.
  • Drive product enhancements and initiatives, fostering a culture of experimentation and iteration to drive growth.
  • Create and implement marketing plans to achieve business objectives, balancing strategic brand-building activities with mid-term lead generation and quick wins.
Requirements:
  • 3-6 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of scaling up from scratch.
  • Strong experience in Growth Hacking, Product Marketing, demand generation, and performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in Campaign Management Tools (e.g., Active Campaign) and Web Analytics Tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Highly goal-driven, comfortable working in fast-paced environments, and adept at building relationships with multiple stakeholders.
