We are seeking a seasoned Architect to lead our team in the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for comprehensive project management, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.

  • Project Planning: Direct project efforts to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Design Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and finalize design concepts.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders to synchronize space programs and project timelines.
  • Quality Control: Critically evaluate and provide constructive feedback on consultant deliverables throughout various stages of project development.

Responsibilities

The Lead Architect will oversee all aspects of project planning, design, and implementation. This includes:

  • Conducting feasibility analyses to assess project viability.
  • Collaborating with land acquisition teams to prepare necessary test-fits.
  • Scheduling and leading project kick-off and weekly review meetings with consultants and internal teams.
  • Evaluating consultant deliverables and providing feedback.
  • Ensuring compliance with established standards and protocols.
  • Developing comprehensive feasibility reports and design proposals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Architecture (B Arch) degree is mandatory; Master's degree in Architecture or Urban Planning is advantageous.
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint presentation creation and delivery.
  • Advanced knowledge of SketchUp and hands-on experience.
