About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Civil Engineering professional to lead our Projects team.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of agencies to plan and execute projects, including civil, structural, and interiors.

Main Objectives:

- Plan and execute projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.

- Collaborate with external engineering companies, architects, and consultants to finalize project plans and designs.

- Work closely with the plant project team to finalize project scope and prepare the bill of materials (BOM).

Main Accountabilities:

- Oversee project planning, identify key milestones, establish timelines, and approve technical drawings.

- Implement cost-effective technologies and techniques in design and construction.

- Conduct initial meetings with contractors, define protocols for communication, and track project progress against budget and timelines.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

- 18-28 years of experience in managing hard-core projects, preferably in Auto components/Automobile industry.

- Strong leadership skills, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
