The Billing Engineer Civil will be responsible for preparing bills of quantities, ensuring accurate measurement and valuation of work, maintaining records of work executed, verifying subcontractor bills, and coordinating with the project team to ensure precise billing. The role also involves overseeing project expenditures, preparing billing summaries, and ensuring timely submission of invoices.QualificationsProficiency in preparing bills of quantities and measurements for construction projectsStrong analytical and numerical skillsExperience in verifying and processing subcontractor billsExcellent coordination and communication skills to work with project teamsAttention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records of work executedKnowledge of relevant billing software and ERP systemsAbility to meet deadlines and handle multiple projectsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldPrior experience in the construction or infrastructure industry is a plus
