We're redefining the standards of premium residential real estate by building not only better spaces, but better systems and teams.--------Role OverviewWe are seeking a smart, detail-driven, and technically sound Procurement & Billing Engineer to manage end-to-end procurement and billing operations for our high-end residential projects in Ahmedabad.This role involves close coordination with site teams, vendors, contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth material flow, cost efficiency , and accurate billing aligned with project milestones.--------Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement
• Identify material and service requirements in alignment with BOQs , GFC drawings , and project timelines
• Source , negotiate , and procure materials and services at optimal cost without compromising on quality
• Issue and manage Purchase Orders (POs), coordinate approvals , and track delivery schedules
• Liaise with site teams and planning department for Material Requirement Planning (MRP)
• Maintain a strong local vendor network across Ahmedabad and surrounding areas
• Monitor stock levels to ensure timely availability while avoiding overstocking
• Evaluate vendor performance on pricing, quality, and delivery timelines
• Ensure procurement practices comply with internal standards and statutory normsBilling & Costing
• Prepare and validate contractor/vendor bills based on physical progress and scope of work
• Coordinate with site engineers and PMC for measurement checks and bill certification
• Handle Running Account (R.A.) bills, final bills, reconciliation statements, and payment documentation
• Ensure quantity accuracy , rate compliance, and GST adherence in all billing activities
• Raise client invoices and support the accounts team with documentation and follow-ups
• Reconcile site stock and material usage with actual billing to avoid discrepancies
• Maintain all billing documentation for audits and financial reporting
• Track project costs and assist in cost-to-completion forecasting--------Eligibility Criteria
• Education: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
• Experience: 4 to 6 years in real estate procurement and billing (developer experience preferred)
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, GFCs, construction materials, GST billing norms
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, ERP systems, and billing software
• Familiarity with vendor operations, rates, and construction practices in Gujarat
• Soft Skills:
• High attention to detail and process discipline
• Effective communication and vendor negotiation skills
• Strong documentation, cost tracking, and reporting ability
