Civil Project Lead

We seek a seasoned project leader with civil engineering expertise to spearhead our projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage site engineers and labor teams effectively. Strong knowledge of construction techniques, project scheduling, and resource planning is crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on-site civil engineering projects
  • Supervise site engineers, labor teams, and subcontractors
  • E nsure compliance with project timelines, drawings, and safety standards
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal project teams
  • Prepare and review progress reports and quality checks

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in civil project execution
  • Strong team management, labor coordination, and leadership skills
  • Proficient in project planning tools, Excel, and MS Office
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
