Senior Design Professional

We are seeking a seasoned design professional to lead our architectural team. The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio, excellent communication skills, and experience in conceptual design, project management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative design solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and consultants to ensure project success.
  • Create detailed project documentation and specifications.
  • Maintain high-quality working drawings and details within tight deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as RERA, EC, and IGBC.
  • Frequent site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.
  • Lead a team of architects and draughtsmen to achieve project goals.

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Drawing and documentation skills.
  • Knowledge of development control regulations and industry standards.
