Cloud Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of cloud-based contact center solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement microservices-based architectures for contact center solutions.
  • Develop AI-powered solutions to enhance multi-channel experiences.
  • Integrate CCaS solutions with enterprise systems in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Stay updated on cloud and CCaaS trends, translating them into actionable strategies.
  • Provide thought leadership in customer journey mapping, workforce management, and process optimization.
  • Develop best practices and standards for contact center architecture and transformation.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Proven expertise in contact center architectures (including microservices).
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML applications in the contact center domain.
  • Hands-on experience with multi-channel contact center solutions.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Contact Center).

Good-to-Have:

  • Industry domain knowledge in insurance, utilities, or healthcare.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or publications related to CCaS/contact center technologies.
