Job Description:
Salesforce Data Cloud experts are in high demand due to the increasing need for businesses to leverage customer data effectively. As a Data Cloud Architect, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading our data-driven transformation initiatives. This position requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to design scalable architectures that unlock customer insights and power intelligent engagement across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform, with at least 3+ years dedicated to Data Cloud/Customer Data Platform (CDP). They will possess a deep understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, connectors, and real-time streaming (Kafka, MuleSoft, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.). Additionally, they should have hands-on experience with data modeling, identity resolution, consent management, and profile unification.

This is a remote opportunity to work with global teams, leveraging cutting-edge AI and Data Cloud capabilities. You will be responsible for driving strategy, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities to unlock customer insights, enable AI-driven personalization, and power intelligent engagement across the enterprise.

We are looking for an experienced professional who can lead end-to-end design, architecture, and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business objectives into scalable Data Cloud solutions, manage data governance, security, and compliance across multiple data sources, and integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, MuleSoft, Tableau, and external data platforms.
