We are seeking a seasoned Architectural Designer to enhance our team's capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3-6 years experience in architectural drafting with established architectural or engineering consultancy firms.

  • ITI or TEB certified Civil Draftsman or Diploma in Architectural Assistantship
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and Sketch-up
  • Strong understanding of building and construction elements, material & construction process
  • Flair for Detailing
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment

Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging client presentation materials or deliver high-quality construction drawings
  • Collaborate closely with Architects to comprehend architectural concepts
  • Understand relevant town planning by-laws and development control regulations (DCR)
  • Take charge of internal coordination with different disciplines on schematic level architectural plans
