A successful Civil Engineer with extensive experience in leading large-scale civil infrastructure projects for chemical manufacturing facilities is required.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in planning, designing, and executing complex civil works in challenging soil conditions, particularly in marshy terrain.

He/she should be able to develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure timely delivery of high-quality infrastructure.


Civil Engineering Expertise:
Develop and execute civil works for large industrial projects in marshy areas, ensuring adherence to engineering best practices and site-specific requirements.

Lead planning, design, and execution of pile foundation construction, incorporating soil stabilization and water management techniques.

Plan and execute civil works for new (greenfield) salt or bromine units, including site development, utility infrastructure, and structural works. Integrate infrastructure planning with process requirements of chemical manufacturing facilities.

Project Management:
Manage large, complex civil engineering projects from concept to commissioning. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, contractors, and cross-functional teams. Develop long-term maintenance strategies for civil infrastructure in saline and marshy conditions. Plan periodic inspections and remedial measures for structural longevity. Collaborate with process, mechanical, and electrical engineering teams for integrated project execution. Ensure all civil engineering works comply with relevant codes, environmental norms, and statutory requirements. Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews. Present technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, while leading multidisciplinary teams and contractors to deliver project milestones.
