  • Ensure compliance with national and international BIM standards, including ISO 19650.
  • Integrate BIM with project management, cost estimation, and construction workflows to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
  • Manage BIM software platforms, coordinate IT support, and oversee data management and security.
  • Conduct regular QA/QC checks on BIM models and outputs to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Drive innovation in digital engineering, including automation, computational design, and digital twins.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and support to BIM coordinators, modelers, and project teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors regarding BIM implementation and project execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in BIM, with at least 12 years in a leadership/managerial role.
  • Strong expertise in BIM platforms, including Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Dynamo.
  • Experience handling large-scale infrastructure, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of BIM standards, LOD specifications, and coordination processes.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in digital transformation and emerging technologies is an added advantage.
