Job Title: BIM Coordinator MEP Works

Key Responsibilities:
  • BIM Management:

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining BIM standards and protocols for MEP works. This includes managing the BIM data set for MEP disciplines, ensuring accurate and consistent information throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Project Coordination:

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with project managers, MEP engineers, and other stakeholders to align BIM processes with project objectives. You will conduct regular reviews of MEP models and perform clash detection to identify and resolve conflicts. Additionally, you will lead coordination meetings to discuss BIM-related issues and updates for MEP works.

  • Technical Support:

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide technical support and training to MEP project teams on BIM tools and software, including Revit and Navisworks. You will assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to MEP BIM workflows. Furthermore, you will ensure that MEP BIM models comply with industry standards and company protocols.

  • Quality Assurance:

Our ideal candidate will perform quality checks on MEP models to ensure their accuracy and completeness. You will maintain and update BIM libraries and templates for MEP components. Additionally, you will generate and maintain documentation related to MEP BIM processes, standards, and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience with BIM 360 or similar collaboration platforms.
  • Knowledge of Dynamo or other scripting tools for automating BIM tasks.
  • Certification in BIM management (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional).
