Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Delivery Specialist, with a minimum of 5+ years of work experience in Building Information Modelling (BIM). The successful candidate will play an essential role in the digital delivery and integration of projects.

  • Manage and coordinate the overall use of BIM for the projects.
  • Develop/Update, implement and maintain BIM Workflow, protocols and standards within the project team.
  • Understand and analyse client BIM requirements, and implement plans for BIM deliverables.
  • Document and communicate best practices and workflows to improve productivity.
  • Provide primary technical support for BIM-related queries.
  • Liaise and coordinate with BIM Specialists, Modelers and Project Leads.
  • Oversee Revit project production, manage project contents and Standard Library objects.
  • Have expertise in creating families and should be proficient in modelling.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary models to ensure seamless integration.
  • Lead and manage a team of MEP CAD/Revit Modelers.
  • Conduct quality control checks on shop drawings for completeness and adherence to company standards.
  • Utilize Navisworks tools for review, quality control and documentation purposes.
  • Perform QA/QC checks before delivering final documents.
  • Offer one-to-one mentoring sessions on 'Best Practice' workflows to project teams as required.
  • Monitor team compliance with BIM standards and guidelines.
  • Provide project study and explain complex concepts to modelers.
  • Serve as the point of contact for clients in resolving project-related issues.
