Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Specialist – Night Shift (USA Market)

Location: Ahmedabad, India

Position: On-site, Full-time

Working Hours: NIGHT SHIFT (6:00 Pm to 3:00 AM)

Notice Period: Immediate With-in 15 Days

Experience: 4 to 5+ years (Mid to Senior Level)

Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our online brand presence and digital campaigns in alignment with the US market. You will be responsible for managing marketing strategies across all digital platforms, ensuring high engagement, driving leads, and boosting our staffing brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, create, and post engaging content across all major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)

· Execute and optimize paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)

· Drive lead generation through targeted digital efforts and funnel optimization

· Track, analyse, and report campaign performance and social media engagement

· Boost online visibility using best practices in SEO and SMO

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing goals with recruitment strategies

· Manage and grow our brand's presence within job-centric communities and forums

· Stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitor activity within the staffing space

Key Skills Required:

· Proven experience in SEO, SMO, Google Ads, Meta Ads

· Strong expertise in ads boosting, lead generation, and performance marketing

· Hands-on experience in handling digital campaigns for international (preferably USA) markets

· Excellent understanding of social media trends and engagement strategies

· Strong analytical mindset and reporting abilities

Qualifications:

No specific degree requirement – skills and experience matter most

Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar tools will be a plus
