Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across paid search, SEO, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Manage Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and others.
  • Perform keyword research and optimize website content for SEO.
  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence.
  • Collaborate with the content and design team to create engaging marketing materials.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and insights.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, segment lists, and monitor KPIs.
  • Stay current with digital trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, SEO, Meta Ads, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategy.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar platforms is a plus.
