Senior Integration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Integration Specialist to lead the delivery of integration projects across our global IT ecosystem. This is a unique opportunity to join us in transitioning to a unified Global Integration platform – Digital Backbone, integrating various systems, applications & partners across the enterprise to support our global integration strategy.

  • Demand Management & Onboarding Process: Establish & manage the demand management & onboarding process for initiatives/projects requiring use of Digital Backbone for integration requirements.
  • Project Leadership: Deliver end-to-end integration projects ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, & architectural standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage client, internal team, and third-party vendor expectations effectively communicating progress and resolving issues to ensure project success.
  • Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources (team members, budget, technology assets) to optimize efficiency and meet project deadlines.
  • Methodology & Process: Implement/refine agile/project management methodologies ensuring predictable/high-quality delivery monitoring key performance indicators/project metrics.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify/assess/mitigate project risks/issues developing contingency plans and escalating critical issues as needed.
  • Team Leadership: Foster collaborative/high-performing team environment mentoring/coaching team members providing constructive feedback/supporting professional development.
  • Technical Acumen: Understand integration technologies (e.g., APIs, Events, message queues, Azure Integration Services, SAP BTP IS) guiding technical teams/making informed decisions.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards aligning with business objectives overseeing testing/security/compliance aspects of integration platform.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 15+ years of experience in leading delivery or project management role within Integration domain.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing integration-related projects highly preferred.
  • Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of API-led connectivity, Event Driven Arch, data integration patterns, cloud-based integration services (e.g., Azure Integration Services), & SAP BTP IS.
  • Agile Methodologies: Proven experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) & other project management methodologies.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal/written communication skills presenting information to technical/non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical/problem-solving skills proactive/results-oriented mindset.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead/motivate/manage cross-functional team.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CSM) is a plus.
