Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified  BIM Technician  with 2–5 years of hands-on experience to join our design and engineering team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in  Revit, Navisworks, and BIM workflows , with the ability to independently manage and coordinate detailed models for industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Develop and manage detailed  BIM models  with a minimum  Level of Development (LOD) 350+ .

·        Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP services within the model for seamless integration.

·        Execute modeling tasks independently with minimal supervision.

·        Create and manage  parametric Revit families  as per project scope.

·        Ensure accuracy, compliance with  BIM execution plans  and project standards.

·        Participate in  design coordination meetings  and model reviews.

·        Support the resolution of  design coordination issues  within the model.

·        Collaborate with the design team, with preference for candidates experienced in  industrial buildings .

Skills & Qualifications:

·        2–5 years of proven experience as a  BIM Technician .

·        Strong proficiency in  Revit, Navisworks, and related BIM tools .

·        Solid understanding of  multidisciplinary coordination  in BIM workflows.

·        Experience working on  industrial projects  is highly desirable.

·        Ability to create  custom families  and maintain project standards.

·        Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

·        Detail-oriented, with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve project goals.
