BIM / Revit Technician, (Structures Background)
- Ahmedabad

Excellent opportunity for BIM / Revit Engineers to join our Structural Engineering team in Ahmedabad.

B+AC (having its offices in Bostan-US and Mumbai, Hyderabad & Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities of the Role
- Drawing/detail production from Engineers sketches and from scratch using architectural drawings and or concepts
- Create 3D models based on architectural underlay
- Able to produce the Structural framing plans, Structural 3D model based on the markups
- Take responsibility for drawing issues and daily housekeeping of digital project file storage
- Responsible for ensuring delivery of drawing work to agreed project programmes.
- Assist in developing systems and procedures to ensure that the CAD system is used effectively
- Making sure that drawing production follows company standards

**Required Skills**:

- 3 to 5 years' experience in BIM modelling using Revit on various structural engineering building projects.
- Good hands-on experience in creating the documentation (Layouts of plans & sections with column / beam / slab numbering, reinforcing detailing etc), based on the Revit models
- Through knowledge and understanding of cast in place concrete structures (RCC) & reinforcement detailing.
- Diploma / Graduate in Civil Engineering
- Good experience in in Revit family creation
- Confident, proactive character, able to take the lead in challenging situation.
- Good knowledge of Revit Scheduling and quantity take-offs
- Hands on with MS Office Suite

Desired Skills
- Good experience with visual programming skills like Dynamo and Grasshopper
