Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to manage our interior design projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans, monitoring progress and adjusting as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate project managers, site engineers, and support staff to achieve project goals.
  • Source and appoint qualified vendors, contractors, and suppliers to meet project needs.
  • Prepare comprehensive project budgets and monitor expenses to ensure financial integrity.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for operational concerns and provide solutions to mitigate risks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the interior design industry, with a strong focus on leadership and team collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and cost control principles, with the ability to develop and manage complex financial models.
